Ballinacourty and the rail loop for the Magnesite factory is visible, with 159 hauling the weedspray on 11 June 1987. The factory shut in 1982 but CIE were legally bound to maintain the right of way, hence the annual visits of the spray train. There is a detailed and enjoyable blog by Niall C.E.J.
